• “The Misapplication of Worker’s Compensation Exclusivity to Uninsured Motorist Claims”, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Forum Volume 7, number 6 which examines the case of Ross v. City of New Haven, 19 Conn. App. 169 and discusses how the appellate court wrongly concluded that the exclusivity provision of the worker’s compensation statute prevented an employee from making an uninsured motorist claim against his employer’s uninsured motorist insurer.
